Obituary for Randy Dean Ellis

Randy Dean Ellis, age 53, of Pine Knot, KY, departed this life on July 12, 2018, at his home. He was born November 7, 1964, to the late Herman and Josephine Gibson Ellis
.
Randy was a loving husband, father, and a friend to many. He was employed with Tri-B Trucking Company and was a former member of the Paint Rock Volunteer Fire Department for 20 years, where he served as Assistant Chief for several years and held many other ranks. He was a former delegate for the Scott County Fireman’s Association. Randy also served and held other ranks in several other Volunteer Fire Departments in the Scott County area.

In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his mother-in-law, Debbie A. Phillips.

He is survived by his loving wife, Tiffany Day Ellis; daughter, Alley Joe Ellis; two step-sons, Logan and Dale Crowley whom he loved as his own; brothers, Junior Ellis of Charleston, South Carolina, Bill Ellis and wife Sherrie of Huntsville, Tennessee, and Odie Ellis of Somerset Kentucky; nieces and nephews, Shonda, Christy, Travis, B.J. Joseph, Rusty, Elizabeth, Jeremiah, Journey, little Aldon, Gabriel; father-in- law, Aldon Phillips; brother-in-law; Luther Phillips and wife Leisha; and many other relatives and friends; special Brother- in-law, Allen Phillips, wife LaTesha; special friends, Arnold (Sonny) Duncan and wife Sandra of Oneida, Tennessee, Mindy Lloyd and husband Johnny of Huntsville, Tennessee, Kaitlyn (Kaitie) Byrd and husband Connor of Huntsville, Tennessee, and the family of Tri-B Trucking Company.

Randy’s wishes were cremation. A memorial Service, in his honor, will be conducted at 12:00 noon Saturday, July 21, 2018 at the First Baptist Church In Huntsville with Bro. Pete Norman Officiating. His remains will be placed in the Day Cemetery.

Four Oaks Funeral Home of Hutsville is in charge of final arrangements for Randy Dean Ellis.
