Obituary for Wayne Foster

Wayne Donald Foster age 61, of Oneida, Tennessee, departed this life on Monday, June 18, 2018 at the Big South Fork Medical Center in Oneida, Tennessee. He was born October 24, 1956 to the late Ray Foster and Edna Cotton Foster. He was a member of the New Salem Baptist Church. He was a loving husband, father, and papaw.

He is survived by his loving wife of 19 years, Carolyn Hughett Foster; children, David Foster and wife Misty, Wendy VanOver and husband A.J., Justin Foster, Matthew Byrd and Julie; special grandchildren, Connor Byrd and wife Kaitie, Morgan Byrd, Erik Byrd, Tiffany Collins, Adrian VanOver, Ivy Foster and Gabriel Foster; sisters, Dewan Lollar and Gerald, Hattie Craft and husband Rick, Terri Harrison and husband Rick; brother, Rick Foster and Cindi; sisters and brothers-in-law, Judy and Gloyid Daugherty, Lois and Gary Byrd; special friends, Chris Worley and Gerald Youngman; several nieces, nephews, relatives and friend.

The family will receive friends for visitation from 6:00 P.M. until time of funeral service at 8:00 P.M., Friday evening, June 22, 2018 in the Chapel of Four Oaks Funeral Home in Oneida with Bro. Wayne King officiating. Music will be provided by David Walker.
