Obituary for Amanda Lavonne Marlow

Amanda LaVonne Marlow age 35, of the Winona Community, went to run with her Lord and Savior on Monday, October 2, 2017 at the Methodist Medical Center in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. Born January 26, 1982 in Oak Ridge, Tennessee, she was the daughter of Vaughn Marlow and Rebecca Smithers Marlow.

She is preceded in death by her poppy and nanny, Arnold and Peggy Smithers; her mamaw, Teace (Berneice) Marlow and her aunt, Sandy Cochran.

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her sister, Alicia Marlow Goodman; a very special nephew, Coby Marlow; two very special nieces, Keelee Goodman and Kyleigh Grace; papaw, Ode Marlow; aunts, Jackie West and husband Harold, Sheree Goad and husband Jerry, Pam Branch and husband Doug, Wilma Phillips and husband Audie; her god-father, Don Hughett and wife Lounicia; special friends, Rhonda Massengil, Candida Harness and Amber Jeffers; many other relatives and friends.

Even though Mandi was unable to run in this life, she is now running on streets of gold.

The family will receive friends for visitation from 6:00 P.M. until time of funeral service at 8:00 P.M., Thursday, October 5, 2017 in the Chapel of Four Oaks Funeral Home in Huntsville with Bro. Don Hughett and Bro. Carlie Duncan officiating. Music will be provided by David and Felicia Walker and Dallas West. Graveside service will be at 11:30 A.M., Friday Morning, October 6, 2017 at the Winona Cemetery.

Pallbearers will be, Coby Marlow, Vaughn Marlow, Clyde Harness, Doug Goad, Adam Ross, Derrick Jeffers, John Goad and Odell Brummett.

Honorary Pallbearer, Wade Smithers.

Four Oaks Funeral Home of Huntsville is in charge of the arrangements for the family of Amanda LaVonne Marlow.
